When you use the RunMyShop plugin, the following data may be temporarily processed (but never stored on our servers):

• Chat messages: Your conversation inputs are sent to our AI service for processing and immediately discarded after generating a response. We do not log or retain chat content.
• Store data: Product listings, order summaries, and analytics data are read from your WooCommerce installation to fulfill your requests. This data is processed in real-time and never copied to our servers.
• Account email: The email address you use to activate the plugin, used solely for license verification and critical service notifications.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect customer personal data (your shoppers' names, emails, addresses, or payment information)
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do not build user profiles or behavioral analytics
• We do not share any data with third-party advertisers

We operate on a zero-retention principle:

• Chat messages: Discarded immediately after response generation. Not logged.
• Store data: Never stored. Processed in real-time only.
• Account email: Retained only while your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon request.
